HAPPY & HEALTHY > HUNGRY

It is snowing, right now... IN LONDON?! I took the day off school because there was no way I was going into school just to do health and fitness (eughh) and then come home again. So here I am losing my thoughts within the uniquely structured snowflakes - otherwise known as the winter sky's tears. My thoughts  are centred around how to I should be treating my body. Right now I am just like "Why? Why do I want to jeopardise my body in order to feel 'beautiful' in today's society?"

Curves are sexy! So as adolescent girls, young ladies and the older women of society; we should EMBRACE what we have been given - and remember, everyone's gifts are different shapes and sizes. Benefits of feeding yourself the right quantities of the right foods:

  • Energy. There is nothing worse than feeling faint every time to move, or wanting to go to bed as soon as school or work has ended. Feeding yourself a balanced, well portioned diet will get you a few extra hours of activity, which enables you to be more sociable; thus preventing depression and making you...
  • Happy. It is scientifically proven that under eating or binge eating can lead to depression. Personally, I prefer waking up in the mornings and having a hearty breakfast. Right now, I am feeling happier and more full of life... because I am eating breakfast (and lunch and dinner). There is time to change your diet, and time to feel happier - so do it!
  • Hair. Uhm, hello girls - who wants glossy, thick, luscious hair? Then eat 3 large meals or 6 small meals of balanced, nutritious foods and cut the crap. Moderation is everything. Healthy hair IS everything... to me, anyways!
  • Boys. Curves, glowing skin, luscious hair and bounds of energy... who could resist that? Who could resist you? Yep, YOU! All the boys will be pining after your new healthy body and they will be attracted to your healthy...
  • Mind. All of those nutrients will brighten up your mind set and your personality will shine... so now does that home cooked, healthy dinner sound nice? Or how about trying some seasonal porridge recipes for breakfast?
Treat yourself the way you want your body to treat you! And remember:
Happy and healthy is ALWAYS better than hungry.

Here is one of many snowy snaps from today's blizzard (sshhhhh, don't tell my brother that he is on my blog)...
